BOROUGH STAFF

Jeremy Morey was raised and still resides in Roulette with his family. As a former County Planner and Township Supervisor, Jeremy brings vast knowledge and experience in local government. The Borough Manager is responsible for the general oversight of all Borough and Municipal Authority staff and daily operations. The Borough Manager also serves as the Municipal Authority Secretary.

Brian Neal was born and raised in Port Allegany and currently resides in the Borough. He brings accounting experience from the private sector and is a volunteer coach for football and wrestling. The Borough Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for financial management of Borough and Municipal Authority funds. The Secretary/Treasurer also serves as the Municipal Authority Treasurer. 

Jennifer Moses is native of Port Allegany and is a friendly, familiar face when you enter the Borough Office.  Jennifer has extensive customer service experience from her time at the Canoe Place Inn and Port Pharmacy. The Borough Clerk is responsible for Water/Sewer billing and general office support.
