BOROUGH STAFF

Jeremy Morey was raised and still resides with his family in Roulette. As former County Planner, Jeremy brings vast knowledge and experience in local government. The Borough Manager is responsible for the general oversight of all Borough and Municipal Authority staff and daily operations. The Borough Manager also serves as the Municipal Authority Secretary.

Heather Szuba is an Emporium native, but currently resides near Betula. She brings 20+ years of accounting experience and is responsible for all fiscal operations within the Borough and the Municipal Authority. The Borough Secretary also serves as the Borough Council Secretary/Treasurer and the Municipal Authority Treasurer.

Breanna Lloyd is a current Borough resident. Her pleasant demeanor welcomes you as the Borough's first point of contact whether you visit us in person or over the phone. The Borough Clerk is responsible for reception, clerical operations, and Municipal Authority billing.
